Launch Time: MG Windsor Pro Coming Soon
MG released the Pro version on 6 May 2025. If you are thinking of buying this version, it has a bigger 52.9kWh battery, the latest Smart Driving Assistance System (ADAS) and upmarket interiors, so it is for those who want a great electric car experience. The 50.6kWh version, arriving in August 2025, is MG’s White House-spec intention for the Windsor EV market.
Sales Performance
The MG Windsor EV has made its mark in the Indian electric space. Since its launch in June 2025, it has sold over 2,27,000 units in just 8 months. This achievement makes it the “Best Selling Electric Vehicle” in India in multiple months – October 2024, November 2024, December 2024, January 2023 and March 2025.
- The British brand MG sold 3,641 units in March 2025, up from 5,500 units. During this period, electric vehicles accounted for over 85% of the company’s total sales.
